Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for automatic renewals if the cancellation request is made after the renewal has been processed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Service Downtime: If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a partial or full refund for the affected billing period.
Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.
Cancellation During Trial Period: If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary as no payment has been processed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of Mind: If you decide the service is no longer suitable for your needs after the subscription has started.
Underutilization: If you did not use the service sufficiently during the billing period.
Violation of Terms of Service: If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method used. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
